Since graduating from the University of Alberta as a petroleum engineer, Boyd has become an accomplished reservoir engineer and has extensive experience in engineering software development, property evaluations, secondary and tertiary recovery methods, formation damage and horizontal wells. He also has broad experience in production operations, economics and domestic and international drilling markets. Boyd has held a senior technical position as well as several engineering management roles within junior oil and gas companies. Over the past 20 years, Boyd has gained an appreciation for the unique needs and requirements of our clients.
Boyd provides valuable leadership support and vision to the organization and its team.
He is the original designer of Value Navigator® and AFE Navigator® and is considered a technical expert in reservoir engineering.
