AFE Nav Client Services Manager

Jill Fernandes joined Energy Navigator in 2006 as the AFE Navigator Second Level Support resource. Her thorough understanding of client workflows and keen technical ability led into the position of Implementation Specialist and Project Manager.

It was this position that gave Jill her intimate knowledge of the relationship between AFE Nav and unique client business processes. She now leads the AFE Nav Client Services team in their commitment to excellent service to clients across North America.

Oil and gas industry experience in Financial Accounting and Production Accounting together with related Application Support, Change Management and Release Control positions at various software providers has given Jill a comprehensive perspective to solving customer challenges. Her 20 plus years of experience in the industry have given her a thorough appreciation of the client’s perspective and the ability to develop and provide outstanding support to Energy Navigator clients.
