Richard joined the Energy Navigator Inc. team in January 2003 as the head of the software testing department. Richard completed a SAIT Diploma in Systems Support in 1997 and began working in software quality assurance. Before refocussing his career in software, Richard worked for more than 15 years as a manager specializing in customer care and quality in the automotive industry.
Since joining Energy Navigator Inc., Richard has improved the testing processes and significantly contributed to the improved quality of the products. Quality Assurance continues to be an integral part of Energy Navigator Inc.'s core values.
